Canon LBP151dw - Disable paper size checking (How to fix error Cant Load Paper)

To disable paper size checking on Canon LBP151dw , you can change the setting in [Action When Paper Size Mismatch] from “Display Error” to “Force Output”.

With this settings , the printer will dont care about the paper size mismatch between Printer Driver and Application software .

To change this setting you can follow 2 ways below :

1st Way : Using Printer Sattus Windows .

If your PC was not installed the “Printer Status Windows” , Perfome this action to installing .

Download Printer driver from Canon Website .

Extract downloaded file .

Open “ Printer_Status_Window” folder  

Run Setup.exe

Click YES

Click Start

Click Exit to finish

Click Status windows icon on the taskbar at the right corner of your desktop .

Click  Option → Device Settings →  Action when paper size mismatch settings

Choose  Force Output → OK

2nd Way : Using Remote UI

Cách 2 : Dùng Remote UI (các bạn sử dụng Windows XP chỉ có thể dùng cách này chứ không dùng được Printer Status Windows nhé )

Giới thiệu Remote UI : Bạn có thể sử dụng trình duyệt Web để vận hành máy từ xa, kiểm tra tài liệu đang chờ in, và kiểm tra trạng thái của máy. Bạn cũng có thể thực hiện cài đặt mạng và các cài đặt khác cho máy. "Remote UI" sẽ khởi động khi bạn nhập địa chỉ IP của máy trên trình duyệt Web của bạn. Đây là một tiện ích vì có thể cho phép bạn vận hành máy từ xa mà không cần phải rời khỏi bàn làm việc hoặc cài đặt ứng dụng đặc thù.

Sử dụng Remote UI

Open the Web browser

input the  "http://<printer ip address>/" → [ENTER].

The UI as bellow

Click  [System Manager Mode] :

The default password is blank (no password).

click : [Settings/Registration].

.

Choose Printer Settings → Click  Edit

Find “ Action When Paper Size Mismatch “→ choose Force Output.

Click Ok to save the setting .
